“I had the activity scheduled for March 27, 2024. They had not sent me the tickets and when they finally did, there was no information about the place where we should arrive. I contacted the two contact numbers they have, 3103675667, and no one responded. It always goes to the mailbox to the number it has and they don't respond either Since that same day and until now I continue writing to them, trying to contact the operator but no one responds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL”

“Apart from the place which would be beautiful but is overcrowded and poorly managed (boats and boats unloading people) the transfer was really badly organized. We booked a departure pier and then they wrote to us to go to another-we had to pay another 5,000 cops each that was not anticipated. At the desk we found no one, on the phone no indication-after 20 minutes of searching we found an attendant who told us to wait to leave and he would call us...after 1 hour from the reservation we finally left. They unloaded us without telling us they needed coral shoes...so bought those too. At return time, which they had…”

“The bus that picked us up was old. With no shock absorbers, we traveled along a pseudo-road that had once been paved. We arrived at a dusty, dirty parking lot. It was full of people getting off the bus and walking down a rocky path to a chaotic place full of people asking questions. Then they took us to the beach, where there was no space and all the facilities were crammed with people, chairs, and clutter. It was basically a no man's land. I don't recommend this experience. They charge you for everything, there are no decent or clean bathrooms. This is not how you do tourism.Read more”
