“The snorkel experience was amazing 5/5 and the crew is super attentive and great at guiding us. It was a bit of a stormy day and they offered us to do it on a different day after the first snorkel. That is without any additional fee. Thankfully, weather was ok enough to see fish and turtles. However, what ruined the experience is that 3 days later we were still waiting for videos. The people selling you photos/videos are dishonest and disorganized. We paid $50 USD for both videos and photos package. Within 24 hours we had photos, but no videos despite the package stating we got both. Since we couldn’t…”
