“The place has two sections - the snow park which is literally for children. We couldn't stay for 5 minutes after paying so much money. The slope is apparently for people who know how to ski - we saw under 10s falling over and over - but just because we had been truthful to say we do not have experience, we were not allowed. We were not advised that the locker is not part of the ticket price.”
